Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the items we include in our gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
We accept returns of orders purchased through our website, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:

1.) Return or Exchange requests will be entertained only in case the product(s) received are damaged or wrong.
2.) Buyer/Receiver has to inform us of the damaged or wrong products within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Customers claiming missing items or damaged products would have to produce an unedited unboxing video (with EXIF data). The video should clearly show that the package is unopened from all sides and include the opening of the package. The customer would be required to share the full Video on our contact details mentioned in Contact
Section.

We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the package is refused by the recipient.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the customized nature of our gift sets, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds.

Shipping and Delivery

We use a third-party vendors to deliver our orders. Your orders are hand-packed and shipped with a shipping label. Once your order has been picked up by our delivery partners, you will receive a mail with tracking details. You can always track your order using your order number.

Shipping Timelines
We try to send shipments out as soon as possible cause we know whats like waiting for that package to arrive. In most cases, it takes:
1-2 days for order fulfillment
5-7 days for order delivery

We work with well-reputed delivery partners, so delivery often happens earlier than the 5-7 working days, depending on your location. Metro cities tend to take less time, whereas more remote locations may take longer. Sometimes the delivery will take longer due to remote places or unforeseen circumstances like bad weather etc, but we will follow up if such a delay takes place. 

Shipping of Products 

All orders are processed and shipped from our own warehouse in Pune, India. Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified at checkout.
Unavailability On Delivery Our delivery partners will contact the recipient two times before they decide to return your order. Please provide the complete accurate shipping address including pin code and mobile number. This will help us arrange a faster delivery.
